Join us for safe, non-impact aquatic exercise in a heated indoor pool. You will work at your own pace in a noncompetitive atmosphere with others that experience a lot of the same health issues that you do. We hope you can join us for this fun, self-esteem building exercise program. Our goal is to get you feeling better physically and mentally. You will gain strength and flexibility with this non-impact program.
Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
